Reducing Stress and Building Resilience

We all want to live a productive life but how can we keep it all rolling without burning out?  We can feel frustration, overwhelmed by the day to day, or hindered by health challenges as we try to reach our goals.  This retreat is an invitation to transform our relationship to these difficult and often unavoidable elements, and encourage our capacity for greater ease and deeper connection in our lives.

In this mindfulness retreat we will learn awareness, kindness, and movement-based mindfulness practices to do individually in silence with opportunity for small group discussion. Meditation instructions will support your deepening awareness to help you cultivate greater resilience and skills to better manage the stressful challenges of your life.

No previous meditation experience is needed.
