This program is designed for current leaders in healthcare and well-being and emerging leaders who are interested in the expansion of health and well-being. In the admission process, the applicant’s prior demonstration of leadership and his or her current sphere of influence are important considerations.

In support of improving patient care, Duke University Health System Clinical Education & Professional Development is accredited by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), to provide continuing education for the healthcare team.

The designation was based upon the quality of the educational activity and its compliance with the standards and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).

IACET Statement of Accreditation
As an IACET Accredited Provider, Duke University Health System Clinical Education and Professional Development offers CEUs for its programs that qualify under the ANSI/IACET Standard.   Duke University Health System Clinical Education and Professional Development is authorized by IACET to offer 1.0 CEUs for this program.

Note:  All target audience members are eligible for continuing education credit upon successful completion of this course.  This course does not issue certificates of attendance and does not award partial Joint Accreditation (JA) or IACET CEU continuing education credit certificates for partial attendance.
