Jocelyn Weiss, PhD, MPH

Education/Training Coordinator

Dr. Weiss’s primary area of focus encompasses the development and delivery of public and professional training programs. She is responsible for organizational outreach, administration and liaising with internal and external collaborators to design programs that best align with their goals.

Prior to her role at Duke Integrative Medicine, Dr. Weiss spent 15 years conducting NIH-funded clinical and population-based research in the areas of obesity, cancer, cardiovascular disease and adolescent health. With a desire for translating knowledge about the causes of preventable chronic disease into action, she went on to earn fitness, nutrition and health coaching certifications.
