How to Download Application for Mac Users

Are you using a Mac?

If you are using a Mac, you may run into problems opening the fillable application form if Adobe Reader is not set as the default program when using your web browser to download files.

Also, if a different program (such as Preview) is set as the default program then you will not be able to view the fillable pdf form (even if you have Adobe Reader installed).

When you click on the application form on our website you should get a pop-up window asking you whether you want to Open or Save the file. From this point, you can either:

1. Select "Open With" and choose Adobe Reader from the drop-down menu. If you do not see Adobe Reader as an option, click on "Other". The "Choose Helper Application" window will appear. Scroll and find Adobe Reader 9 (the latest version of the program), highlight your selection, and click "Open". Once you see Adobe Reader in the box in the "Open With" pop-up window, click "OK". The application file should then open in Adobe Reader.

2. Select "Save File". Depending on your browser preferences, the file will be saved to a specified location on your computer. If you do not know what the default "Save To" location is, you will need to change your web browser preferences to specify a download location that you can find easily.

Do you have the latest version of Adobe Reader installed on your computer?
