Join our experienced business development instructors Eimer Kernan and Chandra White for a 16-week distance-learning program where you will discover:
- The Vision, Values & Mission of your IHC Practice

- Your signature Product & Pricing Mix
- Your Website & Social Media options
- How to deliver an Audio Logo & conduct a Client Enrollment Conversation
- How to use internal organization to increase IHC Practice success
- How to have a sustainable Implementation Strategy that fosters integrity and alignment
- Your customized plan for ongoing Self-Care, Accountability, and Support to sustain a thriving IHC practice
This program will include eight 90-minute instructor-led group calls on Tuesdays from 6:30-8:00 PM Eastern Time. Schedule of calls: October 30, November 13, November 27, December 11, 2012; January 8, January 22, February 5, February 19, 2013. Calls will be recorded in case you have to miss a call. You will also participate in Triad Calls on the in-between weeks for support and accountability as you work on your business plan homework assignments.
Program Instructors

Eimer Kernan, MSW, LMSW, MBA, RYT
Eimer received her social work training at Trinity College and University College Dublin, Ireland, her MBA in Entrepreneurship at the Merrick School of Business at the University of Baltimore, MD and her Yoga teacher training at Holy Cow Yoga Center in Charleston, SC. Her career includes ten years as a hospital-based clinical social worker, eight years as a project and program manager in academic research at the University of Maryland School of Medicine, and twelve years in business as a Senior Management Consultant, Corporate Trainer, Franchise Owner, and Independent Business Owner. She is passionate about helping health professionals build successful professional services practices.

Chandra White, BA, RYT
Chandra is a Certified Integrative Health Coach, Business and Sales Operations Consultant, Workshop Facilitator and Yoga Teacher. She leads The Mast Company, which provides navigational solutions for people and businesses. In addition to university degrees in Business and Restaurant Management, she has studied Yoga, Emotional Agility, Health and Human Development all of her adult life. She has studied with yoga professionals, energy and earth medicine workers, relationship counselors and medical physicians. Chandra is a strong, creative and compassionate leader whose focus is to help people thrive living the life they want.
