Group & Corporate Health Programs

We offer customized group programs that help families, groups and businesses take vital steps toward ensuring future health.

Intensive Group Programs
We offer one to seven day group programs that can be tailored to a group's professional or personal needs. These programs can be held for groups of 10 to 80 people at Duke Integrative Medicine. If the group is larger than 80 people, we can accommodate the group at a nearby location.

A typical group program might include some or all of the following, and can be tailored to a group's size or needs:

• Clinical assessments as appropriate.
• Personal health planning and coaching for success.
• Choice of therapeutic services such as nutrition assessment, fitness assessment and physical therapy, among others.
• Daily experiential workshops on health and healing.
• Daily classes including movement, mindfulness and healthy cooking.
• Full use of our fitness center, sauna and whirlpool areas.
• All meals.

Fees:
Fees are determined according to the individual program designed.
