Gold Membership: A Year of Health
Gold Membership offers comprehensive, integrative medical care for one year. See your doctor whenever you need to; work with your health coach to help you achieve your goals, and take advantage of our full complement of services, classes, workshops and more so you can experience a year of health.
Our Gold Membership includes:
- Unlimited consultations with your integrative physician, scheduled at your convenience throughout the year.
- An annual personalized health plan, developed collaboratively by you and your integrative health care team.
- A year of health coaching to support you in realizing your health goals.
- Care coordination and maintenance of your medical records with all your physicians and providers.
- Full use of our facility and grounds including our fitness area, whirlpool, sauna, steam room, meditation spaces, quiet room, library and more.
