Duke Integrative Medicine Deposit, Reservation, & Cancellation Policies

For Classes, Workshops, Events, and Professional Trainings (Programs):

We require payment in full for all programs, which you can provide by check, cash, or credit card at the time of registration.

Split Payment Options

For all program registration fees greater than $1000, we offer the option to pay in two installments. 50% is due at the time of registration, and the balance is due 3 business days prior to the start date of the program.

How to Pay Your Balance

For your convenience, if your deposit was paid by credit card this same card will automatically be charged for any balance owed 3 business days prior to the start date of your program. If you wish to use another form of payment, please contact Guest Services to make arrangements.

How to Cancel Your Registration

Due to the high demand for our services and participant limits for some of our programs, we ask for your assistance in informing us of requests for cancellations as early as possible. This will allow us to offer your space to someone else.

You may cancel your registration at any time up to 14 calendar days prior to the start date of the program. Please use the form below to request a cancellation. If you make this request at least 14 days prior to the start of the program you will receive a refund of your payment minus a 10% administration fee (up to a maximum of $200) which is charged to process your cancellation. This administration fee is determined from the full program registration fee, not based on your deposit or any discounted rate you may have received.

For programs with registration fees less than $1000, no refunds will be granted for cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the start of the program.

For programs with registration fees greater than $1000, cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the start of the program are subject to a 50% administration fee. If you paid your registration fee in full, you will receive a refund minus the 50% administration fee. If you paid a 50% deposit on your registration, you will not receive a refund.

If you paid by check or cash please allow a minimum of 30 days to receive your refund check. If you paid by credit card please allow a minimum of 5 business days to credit your account.

No Show Policy

If you do not arrive on your scheduled start date you will forfeit your payment.
