Graduate Programs
Duke Integrative Medicine's Graduate programs are designated to offer an opportunity to focus more deeply on particular topics introduced in the Foundations program.

- 8-week classes
Orientation: A required session with the instructor to learn about the mechanics of the course, expectations, and to answer any questions you may have about the program.
Weekly Sessions: Graduate programs are offered in a variety of formats; see the class schedule below for details.
Day of Mindfulness: One all-day session of intensive mindfulness practice. On a Saturday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Those who attend seven of the nine class sessions (eight weekly sessions plus the Day of Mindfulness) are awarded a Certificate of Achievement from Duke Integrative Medicine to honor their dedication to their wellbeing and health.
- Monthly classes
These courses are offered over a longer period, meeting once a month, and focusing on more intensive deepening of different facets of your personal practice.
Participants in Graduate programs are also invited to attend Duke Integrative Medicine's Continuation Classes.
