FREE! Seminar Series

DukeWELL (formerly Duke Prospective Health) proudly sponsors a free monthly seminar series, presented by Duke Integrative Medicine that address such topics as stress, healthy eating, meditation, movement, sleep, massage and more.  Classes have limited seating and pre-registration is required.  To register Duke employees can call 919-416-DUKE (3853) or click here to register online. DukeWELL monthly seminars are held on Thursdays from 5:30pm to 7:00pm at Duke Integrative Medicine on the Center for Living Campus.
