Each participant will receive a copy of the Learning Circle Participant Guide and a copy of the book, The Joy of Appreciative Living: Your 28 Day Plan to Greater Happiness in 3 Incredibly Easy Steps by Jacqueline Kelm. These are great resources you will find yourself returning to again and again once the class is over. This work is adapted from the research and growing popularity and success of the work of Jackie Kelm, The Joy Engineer.
Cathy Parham, MBA, PCC, CPCC, BCC provides integrative health coaching services at Duke Integrative Medicine where she teams with physicians, nurses and other medical providers to help patients improve their health and enjoyment of life. She has experienced the profound and lasting positive changes of the Appreciative Living approach in her own life which inspired her to become an Appreciative Living Learning Circle facilitator. Cathy is committed to helping individuals transform their health and life satisfaction through the wisdom and practice of joyful living and positive relationships. Cathy is a Professional Certified Coach through the International Coach Federation, and operates a private leadership, life, and career coaching practice. She has provided leadership coaching to over 50 executives and managers at SAS Institute,Inc. Her clients consistently report experiencing increased positivity, well-being, and effectiveness in achieving their health, wellness and professional goals.
