These micropractices are drawn from the four main aspects of yoga--Postures, Breathing, Meditation, and Principles (such as nonharming and greedlessness). Carol details more than a hundred such practices in her new book, Yoga Sparks: 108 Easy Practices for Stress Relief in a Minute or Less.

This workshop will consist of both lecture and practice, so please wear comfortable clothes you can move in. No previous yoga experience required.
