Gold Membership: A Year of Health
Gold Membership offers comprehensive, integrative medical care for one year. See your doctor at regular intervals; work with your health coach to help you achieve your goals, and take advantage of our full complement of services, classes, workshops and more so you can experience a year of health.
Our Gold Membership includes:
- Consultations with your integrative physician, scheduled at your convenience throughout the year.
- An annual personalized health plan, developed collaboratively by you and your integrative health care team.
- Up to 18 health coaching sessions to support you in realizing your health goals.
- Care coordination with your physicians and providers.
- Full use of our facility and grounds including our fitness area, whirlpool, sauna, steam room, meditation spaces, quiet room, library and more.
- Free access to our regular daily schedule of movement, education and cooking classes.
- 15% discount on individual therapeutic treatments at our center.
- Discounts on a variety of special programs and workshops covering self-care, integrative approaches and educational topics.
- Free tuition in our Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Course.
- Member events designed to give you the opportunity to join with other members during complimentary, informal gatherings to explore cooking, new therapies, mindfulness practice, and more.
